“Products” means digital books and related downloadable files (PDFs) offered by Libroly. “User”, “you” or “customer” means any person who browses or purchases on the site. “Order” means a confirmed purchase of Product(s).
All orders are subject to acceptance by Libroly. When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. The confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order — acceptance takes place when we either (a) send you an email confirming dispatch/delivery of the digital file(s), or (b) in the case of any payment failure or other issue, we notify you of cancellation.
Prices shown on the site are in the currency displayed and include any applicable taxes where indicated. Payment must be completed before any Product is delivered. We accept the payment methods displayed on the website.
Important: All sales of digital products on Libroly are final. We do not offer refunds for purchases of eBooks or other downloadable content, except in limited cases where required by applicable law or as expressly decided by us in exceptional circumstances. Because digital files can be copied and retained, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for delivered digital items after purchase is completed. Please review product information (title, sample pages, description, file format) carefully before buying.
After your order is finalized and payment is successful, we will process and deliver the purchased digital file(s) within up to 72 hours. Delivery methods include: Email: We may send the download link and instructions to the email address you provided during checkout. WhatsApp: If you supply a WhatsApp number during checkout or in your account settings, we may send the link or file via WhatsApp message. In most cases delivery is faster than 72 hours; however 72 hours is the maximum allowed fulfillment time from payment confirmation. If we cannot deliver within 72 hours due to technical or other reasons, we will notify you and provide an updated timeframe or remedy.
Download links we provide may expire after a defined period or number of downloads. It is your responsibility to download and save files after delivery. If a link expires, contact our support (contact info below) and we will assist you within reasonable limits.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from the misuse of your account credentials.
All Products and content on Libroly are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a Product gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital file for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless a different license is explicitly provided. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or otherwise exploit the Product beyond the license granted.
We provide Products "as is" and make reasonable efforts to ensure content accuracy, but do not warrant that Products are error-free or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Libroly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be effective upon posting on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Libroly is registered (please replace with your country/state). Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Libroly regarding the purchase of Products.
